The following are some changes that you may notice on your next visit:
OUR CLINIC AND STAFF
- Staff will continue to wear masks and any other necessary personal protective equipment
- Our staff will continue to be screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms
OUR PATIENTS
- We recommend that patients over 2 years of age continue to wear a mask for their appointments
- Although the provincial mask mandate has ended, due the inability to socially distance within the exam rooms we strongly recommend that patients continue to wear a mask when visiting the clinic
- We are currently not accepting walk-ins, all patients must have a scheduled exam
- We ask that only the patient present for their exam, no guests or other family members are permitted to accompany you to your exam
- Exceptions will be made for 1 guest in the following cases:
- Minor patient under 18 years old
- Patient does not speak English and required a translator
- Patient requires a caregiver
- We ask that patients complete the required registration forms electronically and submit them prior to your exam
- We may ask you to wait outside the store until we can ensure proper social distancing in the clinic
- Verbal COVID screening prior to entering the clinic
- We will ask you to wash your hands upon entering the clinic
- Use contactless payment methods (credit, debit or e-transfer) when possible
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with fewer than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $85 for the missed appointment which will be billed directly to you via our online payment system.
